Thank you for contacting Feldon Practice.

We aim to review, assign, and respond to your query within the same working day whenever possible. If your query requires input from a specific team member, it may take a little longer to process.

Our online service, reception, and phone lines are open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6:30pm.

Temporary change to practice access

Due to recent anti-social behaviour at Feldon Lane Surgery, including an incident where a group of children entered the practice on scooters and disrupted the surgery, we have made the decision to keep the front door locked temporarily.

Patients will need to knock the door to gain access to the building, and a member of staff will assist you as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, the safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff is extremely important to us, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
